A fast growing reputable health maintenance organization and major player in the Nigeria health insurance industry based in Lagos requires:

HEAD OF MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and ensure the execution of an effective marketing and sales plan for the organization
create and execute a robust marketing communications campaign for the organization
supervise all marketing activities
sustain market share of the organization

REQUIREMENTS:
BSC in any field
MBA or a post graduate in any management field
at least 12 years experience of which 8 years in a senior management role in HMO sector
excellent communication and marketing skills.
ability to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders

MARKETING EXECUTIVES – LAGOS AND PH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
look for new clients while maintaining relationship with existing clients
arrange for meetings and presentations and achieve allocated sales revenue targets
conduct regular market intelligence activities and develop health care plans

REQUIREMENTS:
BSC in marketing, nursing, microbiology, insurance or related field
HMO experience is a plus
excellent communication, selling and interpersonal skills
understanding of the operations of NHIS is a plus
