A reputable international NGO that supports the building of electoral democracies with support from USAID seeks qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies in its Abuja office

PROGRAM/M&E OFFICER

Responsible for coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of program activities; guiding the development, revision, and approval of the M&E plan; and ensuring regular collection, compilation, and reporting of accurate indicator data, Assist in design and implementation of the programs to achieve the orqanization's objectives, Assist in the development of the program narrative reports, Assist ill the management of specific project activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics or related field;
Minimum of five years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation of international Democracy and Governance development project activities;
Demonstrated capacity to implement M&E activities, conduct research, analyze data and manage/use databases is required
Training experience including material development, design and implementation of training activities
Excellent oral and written 'communication skills in English
Ability to work with diverse international team and excellent interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft
