CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXECUTIVE.
UNIT MANAGER.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE.
BRANDING AND PACKAGING EXECUTIVE.
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND/ND/NCE from a well known Institution of higher learning.
Age must not be more than 35 years.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Good communication, writing and customer service skills.
Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Tenacious work attitude.
Should be able to work as a team member and must have the potential of a team leader.
Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
Highly innovative and proactive.
Must be self motivated.
Must have proven integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides management, supervision, and coordination of the sector involved.
Established internal procedures necessary to achieve timely and cost effective of the sector involved.
Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with the company regulations.
Proper and effective scheduling, provision of support and business advice to customers.
Preparation of departmental budget.
Plan and execute business strategies based on customer requirement, market trends, competitors presence, and allocated budget.
