QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Good degree in either Surveying, Construction, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Good multitasking abilities, analytical and problem solving skills.
Prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
Must have a methodical way of thinking.
Ability to work under pressure
Professional membership an advantage.

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Good relevant degree
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Must be able to formulate excellent facilities management strategies to maintain and improve the facilities.
